Cara Mambuatnya:<br />
1. Tumis Bawang Besar dan Bawang Putih sampai layu dan masukkan Lada Merah. Tutup api ketepikan.<br />
2. Dalam mangkuk sebatikan daging, telur Parmesan, pasli dan Serbuk Roti. Gaul dengan tangan biar betul sebati.<br />
3. Tambahkan campuran bawabg tadi dan garam. Gaul lagi. Masukkan air biar agak lembab.<br />
4. Panaskan oven<br />
5. Bulatkan adunan sebesar bola golf. Atau terpulang saiz yang dikehendaki. Tumiskan bebola dengan Olive Oil sampai perang selama lebih kurang 15 min.<br />
5. Toskan minyak dan masuk dalam caserol, bakar lagi lebih kurang 15 min.<br />
* Boleh terus hidang dengan sos yang digemari atau dibekukan untuk simpanan.<br />

Telur dadar untuk tabur atas Bihun</div>
Cara cara membuatnya:<br />
1. Tumis bawang Putih dan udang kering yg telah ditumbuk. Masukkan cili kisar, seterusnya masukkan tauhu-biar agak agak tauhu kuning sikit.<br />
2. Masukkan Taucu, Sos Cili Thai dan Tomyam Paste dan garam. Kacau rata. Masukkan sedikt air.<br />
3. Masukkan Bihun dan kacau rata. Masukkan Sawi dan tomato.<br />
4. Telur buat dadar dan tabur di atas Bihun yang telah siap digoreng tadi. Boleh tabur bawang goreng.<br />
